and completely valid information about your method
of payment (d) be 18 Years of Age or Older. If Pro
Football Choice has reasonable suspicion to
suspect such information is untrue, inaccurate,
not current, or incomplete, we have the right to
suspend or terminate your account and refuse any
and all current or future use of our services.
3. Pro Football Choice PRIVACY POLICY –
Registration Data and other information about you

4. Member Account, Security, and Password –
You are solely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your password and member
information, and are fully responsible for ALL
activities that are incurred under your password
or member identification. You agree to (a) notify
Pro Football Choice of any unauthorized use of
your password or any other breach of security, and
(b) ensure that you exit from your account at the
end of each session. Pro Football Choice
can’t and will not be held liable for any
loss or damage arising from your failure to comply

5. Member Conduct – You understand that ALL
information, data, text, photos, analysis, and any
other material transferred to you by our services
is exclusive property of Pro Football Choice and
any mis-use of this data that would breach
confidentiality or security may result in civil
action against you. In other words, DON’T
give out any information supplied to you by our
service to anyone. All consulting services are
confidential between you and Pro Football Choice.

you will be subject to civil action.

terminate your Pro Football Choice account. Cause
for such termination include (a) breaches or
violations of the Terms of Service or other
incorporated agreements or guidelines (c) a
request by you (self-initiated account deletions),
(e) unexpected technical issues or problems,
Termination of your Pro Football Choice account
includes (a) removal of access to all offerings
within the Service, (b) deletion of your password
and all related information, files and content
associated with or inside your account (or any
part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the
Service. Further, you agree that all terminations
for cause shall be made in Pro Football

Service. All fees paid to Pro Football Choice are
non-refundable.

Football Choice is not responsible for the

and does not endorse and is not responsible or

Pro Football Choice shall not be responsible or
liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or

RELIABLE, (d) THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICES,
INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR
OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR
EXPECTATIONS.
c. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED
